BUM & TUM

Exercise program is focused primarily on the lower body such as waist , abdomen , hips and legs . With sit ups and ice movements , moving up and down axis pace and different intensity to the muscles operate at maximum levels , helps reduce fat , increase endurance muscle groups of the legs and buttocks .
